Realistic and Achievable Weight Management Programs
There are numerous factors which can lead to weight gain. Age, gender, hormones, how and where our bodies store fat, stress, and our environment can influence how we breakdown food and nutrients for energy.
When approaching weight loss, my first step is to carry out a full health assessment and address existing or potential imbalances you may have.
The next step is to provide the body with what it needs rather than restricting or depriving it. Strict dieting can sabotage your metabolism – which is one of the reasons we struggle to lose weight when dieting.
My overall aim is to bring the body back into balance which can lead to weight loss.
Throughout my individually designed 12 – week programs, I set goals and targets which you can achieve safely and realistically.
If you feel more confident working with a 6 week & 12 week program, I will provide you with a comprehensive plan which includes; weekly dietary and fitness goals, specific dietary requirements, specific nutrient requirements, shopping lists, recipes and resources. I will continue to support you via the method you need.
If weekly check-in sessions work better for you, we can use this time to catch up on what is working and what is not working. I can also monitor your; waist to hip ratios, weight, BMI, fat levels, water, muscle, bone mass and in some cases blood glucose levels. This type of session is best held at my office in Shoreditch or at your office in the London or Dublin area.
